Together, SRG’s domestic USA based and European integrated teams have been resuscitating floundering offshore projects, building new products and apps, and making customers happy.

Dave Wesley, founder of Sursumcorda Resource Group (SRG), began his information technology career as a software developer with Accenture. This marked the start of his 30+ year IT career. SRG's name, Sursumcorda, is derived from a Latin musical term meaning "uplifting refrain." It reflects their approach to doing business, communicating with customers, and building software, resembling the coordination of talents in music production.
In 2000, leveraging his experience and network, Dave founded SRG in Minneapolis, USA. The company's focus was on designing, developing, and implementing progressive software solutions for USA-based organizations.
In 2012, SRG started to explore alternative near-shore sources of primary software development talent. Their goal was to build a world-class team that could offer high-quality software development with a cultural and communicative symbiosis with USA-based customers at offshore rates.
Dave and his family moved from Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Porto, Portugal, with a mission to create a more efficient offshore software development model. They merged offshore technical and design resources in Portugal with USA-based project management and execution resources to ensure clear communication and world-class quality software.
SRG established a team of over 50 talented development partners/resources, including developers, systems architects, designers, business analysts, scrum masters, project managers, quality assurance specialists, systems integration specialists, and development experts. These teams worked together to revive floundering offshore projects, build new products, and make customers happy, all at discounted rates compared to USA-based resources.
In June 2023, SRG Software entered into a merger agreement with RedLight Software. Our two companies have been partners for over 8 years and the merger started an important new chapter for our teams and customer partners. With increased capacity, broader technical and domain expertise, and expanded timezone availability, we can take on larger projects while delivering extraordinary value to our customers.
